Other cases are too thin and slippery, this case is pretty decent!! The sides have a grooved texture to it to prevent slipping or dropping phone. Highly recommend.

This case fits very well onMy iPhone 13 pro and seems very sturdy. The side grips are nice and do indeed keep the phone from slipping out of my hand easily. The only con is that my hand is small and the textured side grip does seem to be a little rough on my hand. Overall, good case, especially if your hands are not small.

I read all the reviews on Amazon and I decided to check out the Smartish GripZilla case for my new iPhone 13 Pro. I was not disappointed in the least. It grips well and fits in my pocket perfectly. All that and the galaxy picture on the back is a added bonus. In order to protect your phone most cases are just ugly and boring. For the amount we pay for phones nowadays you need to protect it! This one feels safe and is pretty as well. Best case ever!

I have small hands and the ribs in the case (like on a steering wheel) aid in the ability to maintain grasp of the phone. Seems to be a good quality material although I’ve only had it for a couple days. For the price it’s definitely worth a try.

This case is stunning and is very protective of my phone. I would recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a stylish phone while being effective at the same time. However, I was a little disappointed with the period of time in which it took to be delivered. I even ordered expedited shipping and it still was delayed. But other than that it is an amazing case. 10/10!

Love this case. It is so easy to grip. It is light weight but gives good protection with raised edges. It has lanyard holes which I like. The only small complaint is that the galaxy art on the back looks kind of cheap. Looked better in the picture. But still gets the job done and I am happy with it.

easy to install

I am very picky about my phone cases, so when I purchased an iPhone 13 Pro I also bought three different cases. Of the three, this one is my favorite. It doesn’t show fingerprints, it has places for my fingers to rest, and its corners seem very protective. The Mag Safe charger attaches nicely, as well. I only wish there were more color options. Great case at a reasonable price!

Personally my hands don’t sweat and I keep them washed at all times so technically they are dry and I drop my phone all the time. I wanted something sturdy but not huge and this fits the bill, and it is not as slick as the smooth ones out there. It has a tiny bit of texture. I wish silicone/rubber cases didn’t fade away. They were the only cases I could hold on to

Great case for iPhone 13 Pro. Grippy, stylish (I bought the gray one), not bulky. Haven’t dropped it yet, but construction and air pocket corners gives me confidence. Raised edges are nice especially around camera lenses. Perfect fit! Easy to hold!

Fits great, buttons work well, lip covers screen (with screen cover) and cameras just fine. Texture around the edge is firm grippy. Not soft. But still feels slip resistant. I thought the shallow grooves on the side would be bothersome but they’re not. I haven’t drop tested it and I don’t plan to lol.

I believe this cover enhances builtin iPhone 13 (and 13 Pro) resistance to damage from dropping, water, and scratches on the back side. The cover is available in several designs, I chose this one because for my taste it’s the cheeriest.In these pandemic times, I greatly appreciate the combination of this cover with a screen guard for the front, so as to clean or disinfect without concern for damaging the iPhone’s oleographic glass screen.

For the price, this case offers excellent grip and good protection. I love the basic styling, and really great grip texture on the edges. It’s easy to hold in your hand and not drop, but it is not sticky, so it does not get stuck in your pockets or attract dirt. Perfect.

If you are looking at the more familiar expensive brands, give the Gripzilla a try. Better yet, try both and you will see for yourself that the Gripzilla is the way to go.After several failed case purchases, I've come across the Gripzilla. Got one for our son also. and then another for myself. Recommended to my brother who hates cases and he loves it as well.I will never use another case. I already know that this is the ONE. Well two, one grey for daily use and one black for times when I don't want to get the grey case dirty. and I still spent less than the Otterbox.

Amazing case and feels great to hold in the hands when not using. Using my phone with it was a little harder because the extra grip made it thicker. Something i was worried about was if it was going to be flimsy i.e. easily comes off or not having a sturdy fit. Not an issue at all, it is solid and holds firm.

Super protection and very comfortable in hand. The "grips" are a clever idea and give a secure feeling when holding phone.

It's easy to install and it looks tough enough.

Flexible enough to easily get on the phone but rather rigid once on. Groves on side make it easy to hold when using with one hand.

Case is great! The extrusion around the cameras is enough to prevent scratches when it’s set down, the grips are awesome, and this case doesn’t interfere with a screen protector. Highly recommend

I've been buying these cases for the last 3 phones i’ve had and couldn’t be happier. The cases hold up, look great, and save me from dropping my phone. The texture on top of the finger holding spots allows me to grip and feel the phone so much better than any case out of dozens that i’ve had. I have loss of feeling in my hand at times and this has become a lifesaver for my devices!

Love case and image. However, when I added the prop tart, the phone cannot charge on my wireless base. I only raise the complaint because this was not stated in sales literature

This case is good for the iPhone 13 pro. On the other side of this it has a lot of issues connecting to the mag safe. Not sure if it’s the case but once I take it off the phone chargers with ease. Once I put the case back on it doesn’t

I’m honestly impressed with the quality and durability of the smartish case! The mag safe operation works just as well if not exactly as well as a first party Apple case.

Case is snug fits well around phone. Edges of case are comfortable to hold and easy to grasp. Case does not interfere with front pocket of pants or shirt pocket. Case also pairs great with spigen ezfit screen protector.

Magnet is strong, and holds the phone to my car's magnetic mount with some force. The edges of the case are easy to grip and not slip out of your hand. The raised edges around the 3 camera lenses protect them when you place the phone on a surface. Overall a superior MagSafe case for the iPhone 13 Pro.

The perfect case for me. Seamless and stiff adherence to the circumference of the device (iPhone 13 Pro), excellent tactile feedback on buttons, effortlessly comfortable finger grips, and thoughtful and protective camera bump and lip protection. Sturdy yet slim

I recently purchased a new iphone 13 pro and have been trying and buying different cases.I was tempted to purchase 1 of 3 more expensive brands that advertise amazing protection from 13 foot drops and more. But since I already also had purchased an apple silicon case and another brand on Amazon I couldn't decide between the 3 similarly priced competitors all costing $59 for their Magsafe versions.Then I seen the smartish gripzilla case and thought to myself this one also checks all the boxes I was looking for in a case.#1 being a great grip so the phone never falls out of my hands if someone bumped into me etc...This gripzilla with the grip design has that covered!#2 I wanted a case that would protect the phone if it fell and landed on a corner, this has corner airbag design so that is covered.#3 I wanted a lip to protect the camera bump and also front screen from scratches if it was slide on a flat surface, this has the perfect amount of protruding lip, excellent!#4 I didn't want it to be bulky feeling so it fit in my front pants pocket easily. And this does that very well.It is also fingerprint resistant and has the cutout of I wanted to add a lanyard, the buttons press nicely and the material feels nice!Okay so the black tie color I chose is perfect for when you want your phone to blend with any environment and not stick out.The deciding factor that made me chose this case over the other top 3 leading protective cases I was considering was the price!I didn't want to spend $59 for a phone case that I might not be crazy with, so i gave the gripzilla by smartish a chance for the lower price. I tried quite a few before this case as I had never heard of this brand before. The case is bigger than some of the slim cases out there such as the Spigen mag armor, but the indents for grip makes it feel smaller or just as slim.Pros:1. Grip: The edge grip is very good and with the indents for your fingers, this is one of the best grip case I have used to date. I wish they continued with the grip texture on the entire back.2. Price: This is quite a bit cheaper than Apple or Otterbox, but more expensive than Spigen.3. Tactile buttons: The buttons feel great and are fully covered.4. Great cutouts: Large cutout for the lightning port makes it compatible with just about every (if not all) cables out there. The cutout on the bottom matches and is asymmetrical. Very large cutout for the silent toggle, making it extremely easy to use. There is also a small notch on the top speaker so that it does not interfere with using the phone.5. Tight fit: Pulling the side front the front of the phone doesn't give too much. It is a very good fit.6: Lip on screen side and camera lens: This gives good protection when laying the phone down in any direction.7: Great drop protection: The corners are enlarged to give better drop protection. This increase in size is only in the corner so you won't notice it when holding the phone.8: Has spot to add strap/lanyardCons:1. Logo on back: It's not bad but would prefer no logo.2: Back material does not grip as well as the side material.

This was my second case for my iPhone 13 Pro, the first one was from the same company as the Gripzilla, the Gripmunk, but it lacked the grip and the protection I was looking for and was a loose fitting case.The Gripzilla is the upgrade I was looking for, I love the styling on the back which gives the case a unique look while providing a solid amount of corner and side protection. The grip indentations on the side are deep but not too deep and feel pretty comfortable. Also one thing to note is it is a tight fitting case, not easily to pull the corners off but also not hard enough that you feel like you’re gonna break something. I can see myself using this case for the majority of my time with this iPhone.

Both my husband and I are very pleased with these cases. They are easy to hold and not have the phone slip out of your hand. I got the clear, but he is very happy with this style and I agree it is very nice. We did add separate screen protectors, as they do not come with these cases.

This is my 2nd (in line) iPhone 13 Pro case and I completely ditched my first case for this one. It protects my phone as well as makes a great grip so I don’t drop it. I love this case and I def recommend!

Have tried the Apple Leather Case and 2 other cases. Bought this one based on the Wirecutter review and am amazed. The grips for fingers make using the phone a joy and the case material is a very hard material that makes it feel very secure.

Case is overall solid and well made. However, the gritty, sandpapery texture that provides the grip actually feels irritating to the touch, which defeats the purpose of a case providing good grip.I might just have sensitive baby hands. YMMV; but I had to return it.

Definitely exceed my expectations, provide great protection for my iPhone 13 pro.

Easy to hold but durable

Bought this case for my iPhone 13 Pro. My wife previously purchased a Smartish case with the molded-in wallet. Before it arrived, I said, "wtf is smartish? A phone case company you say? That's the dumbest name for a company that makes cellphone products." Well, I stand corrected. Smartish makes cases that are in fact that - smartish. Whether it's grip you're after, versatility and inclusion, whatever... BUY SMARTISH! The grip on the Gripzilla is just right, fits the phone snug, and best of all doesn't look stupid. It's a nice mashup of refined and rugged. 110% satisfied.

I like that the Freshly Baked case is more sturdy than the thinner Smartish version for the IPhone 13 Pro. I like the finger grips on the side. My only disappointment is that the color surrounding the flowers is white, not gray as shown in the photo. Everything looks genuine like the box it came in but the photo on the site shows a gray case and a matching gray around the hibiscus flowers. Mine is white. Hope it isn’t a knockoff. But wish photo was a true representation of actual color. I love the case just not the color

The grip definitely matched my expectations based on their description. I am prone to dropping my phone (hence why I got the new iphone, my screen was absolutely shattered), but the case helps make the phone feel firm in my hands. Additionally, i like that they have nice protection around the camera and that my phone can lay flat on the table when the camera is down.

This is exactly what I was looking for, I’ve always felt like the cases I’ve had on my Samsung phones were more my style than when I have iPhones but smartish has changed the game for me. The grip is nice and it feels durable.

I’ve got to say I love the textured grip. So many cases as slick in your hand but the molded textured grip is a welcome change. I don’t feel like I need a pop socket anymore allowing me to use the MagSafe.

After searching the somewhat limited selection of iPhone 13 Pro cases, due to the more recent release, and not wanting to shell out $50-60 for an Apple-made case, I found this one. I hadn’t heard of Smartish before, but I liked the grey color scheme, and the hybrid design, not to mention its MagSafe compatible.While I haven’t used it with any MagSafe accessories, it does attach to the Apple charger quite securely. It’s fairly easy to put my iPhone into it, and the fit is snug to the point I don’t worry about it coming off accidentally. The rear raised lip around the camera lenses fully covers the depth of them when the case is laid flat. The front lip is also deep enough that even a tempered glass screen protector has clearance when the phone is laid on its face.The buttons are still responsive and the Lightning port is easily accessible, even for larger cable plugs. The back is a little slick but the sides have a more grippy feel, thanks to the hybrid material design.Overall, I’m very satisfied with this iPhone 13 Pro case; I just wish it came a few more colors. But for $25, it checks almost every box, in my opinion.

I got this for my new iPhone 13 Pro after seeing it recommended on Wirecutter. It arrived sooner than Amazon originally promised, which was nice and unexpected. It fits the phone perfectly, and feels very sturdy and protective, which was the point. It does add a bit of weight and heft, but the phone still fits just fine in my front pants pocket. I also like the side grips with the finger indentations.

The bumpers on the corners are important to me..this one has it. Also has fingers indentations to grip..but not too grippy that it grabs fabric! I’m very pleased!

My criteria for what makes a great case isn’t very complicated. It’s easy to hold onto and it doesn’t feel like it’s going to slip out of my hand. It’s easy to grip and doesn’t add a significant amount of bulk to my phone. It’s utilitarian and I’m a fan.

I bought this and another smartish case due to wirecutter review. This added a surprising amount of bulk to the case - I can hardly hold it with one hand (I do have small hands!). Seems like the phone will be well-protected, all the buttons work well, and camera bump seems secure. Without the case I can just fine and the thinner grip munk case. It said there was free returns but I’m being charged.EDIT: customer service is great and sent a prepaid label. Up a star.
