Easy to hold. Like the built in finger grip.

Once I got used to it, I like the way it feels in my hand. Unlike my other phone cases that are, or at least feel like, rubber, this one feels like hard plastic.I went with the clear back instead of solid black, or one of the available patterns, none of which I like. A solid black case makes it too easy to lose your phone.If I were designing it, I would make the protective edges raised higher than they are. If you put a screen protector on your phone like I do, the front is almost flush with the side protection.I haven’t dropped my new phone yet, so I can’t speak the ruggedness, but the clear back is flush with the sides. I would prefer the sides to be raised as high as the camera lens guard. Seems logical to me.I see no reason why they make the new camera button exposed. If the other 4 buttons can have protection, so can the camera button. I know the camera button is new. I don’t need my case to accentuate it by not protecting it.I don’t use the MagSafe charger, so I can’t offer any insight on it.

Love it! Extremely grippy, and love the finger grooves on it. Definitely will be keeping this one.

Its funny I have had a lot of phones and case over the years. I got this case for the retro look of the 70s as well as the fact it protects the new camera button on my Iphone 16 Pro. The extra grip locations for your fingers is fantastic. It makes it easy to grip and hold no matter what. For guys with larger hands this is must have. No more fumbling for the phone this one fits nicely. The case itself has a grip feeling all the way around with all the grooves that have been etched into the outside. I have dropped this phone of the counter, out of tree while climbing 30 feet up for pruning as well as other heights. It definitely protects the phone. If you mated with the appropriate screen protector this protect your phone for along time to come. Does NOT impact mag-safe charging, all the adpaters plug in just fine. I ordered so many phone cases looking for something grippy. This was the only one that worked. I like the finger grooves and the surface is pretty grippy. The magnetic function on the phone is not affected at all. It has a very good grip on my magnetic phone mount in the car. Good stuff!

I’ve tried other flashier brands but I keep coming back to smartish because it’s the best balance of price and quality

Bought this a little under a year ago and man, what a great case. Protects my phone from countless dings and drops and still looks great after a year. Color has held up, the material is very durable and the grips on the side are functional. Installation took 2 seconds. This is a great value.

Bought to avoid drops with a new iPhone 16. I was concerned about the camera button, but this case provides coverage. So far, the grippy stuff on the sides has prevented a lot of drops. Compared to the previous case (OtterBox defender with smooth sides) this case is much easier to hold onto.

Very sturdy protective case that has just the right amount of texture to prevent my phone from slipping out of my hands. I bought the flowered pattern case and wish it also had a colorful front other than black. My husband who has the same case in black keeps grabbing my phone by mistake as they look identical from the top.

The case is appropriately thin where needed, and bolstered in the corners where needed. The texture of the case is nice, the undulations on the bottom sides kelps maintain a solid grip. The buttons work well, with the camera button exposed (which I like). The case is snug going on and doesn’t float around. I like the little fence around the camera lenses, keeping them from getting bonked. The grippiness is not overwhelming, while easily sliding into a back pocket.

I don’t usually write reviews but this case pleased me so much I am buying another one for my work phone. I almost bought an expensive leather one but thankfully I opted for this one! The grip and shape just makes so much sense.

When you open the box there is a qr code to review the product. How bold i thought. Well here i am one month later. Theres no replacement for this phone case. Trust me ive tried. I have multiple cases sitting unused, too bulky, too slippery, too thin, all leave something to be desired. This is the only one i could find with finger grooves. Add to that the beefed up corners, increasing protection without bulking up the phone. Lastly, the grip texture is fantastic, and best of all does not seem to collect grime

Fantastic case. I spent a lot of time researching and could not find the right fit until this one. Very functional, love the design, seems quite protective, easy installation, and it did not break the bank. My family members also liked it and all bought one as well. The slight finger grooves along each side are a great touch.

I love the Smartish brand for phone cases. I buy one whenever I upgrade my phone. It has a perfect amount of grip and doesn't collect dust like a silicone case would. The black cases always do the trick for me. I stick a silicone card wallet on the back and I'm good to go!

This is a really good case for the Iphone 16 Pro. It feels good in my hand, is very grippy, and should prevent potential phone drops. It is bulky, but if you don't mind that, the case is a good pick.

Ordered 3 other cases and hated them all and I think this is the one. Good texture. The grip is nice. It’s tough but it’s not too thick.

I really like the case, especially the grippy texture it has. I ordered two smartish cases to compare them. I ended up liking the slimmer one better. I went to return this one and could not. NOTE: If you chose from the list of “more prints” they say it is custom and you cannot return it. I did however reach out to the seller and we were able to work out a return.

I like the design and the feel of this case. It’s easy to grip which is an issue with arthritis. I like how you can easily access the camera button. It is indented and easy to access quickly.

I REALLY love this case. I have been a diehard otterbox fan in the past. This case is every bit as protective. I love the grip ridges on the sides. Makes it much easier to hold on to. It’s thin and streamlined. Not heavy or clunky at all. I have not found any negatives. I am somewhat clumsy but I don’t drop my phone near as much with this case.

I'd say top 2 or 3, of the.. wow I'm sure 20 cases I've owned in my life. So it's a good one imo. Fits well, feels good,the finger grooves actually serve to give you some edges to grip. I'm not really paying attention to if my fingers are in them. They just give more to grip regardless. Listen also before you comment on the grip, give it a few weeks or even longer because it takes a long time to realize that you're dropping your phone a lot less. I was dropping my phone like once or twice a week. Now I haven't lost grip in the 3 to 4 weeks I've owned it. It fell from my lap one time but that's not the same. So as of now, it's reduced drops. So has the pop socket I put on it. But I don't always expand and use that. It's a great case, I recommend it. And again I've owned a lot of good cases and only had a couple bad ones because I chose mine very carefully and studied reviews and ratings.This one still comes out as one of the better ones.Buttons feel perfect to press.The camera slot for the camera button adds style and feel. This manufacturer offers two different cases with the poppy field-illustrated back. I selected the sturdier version because the slimmer, less sturdy option received some negative reviews for being flimsy. This one has a very secure feeling in my hand with its rougher outside texture. The protruding corner bumpers provide an additional level of protection. The complaint that the phone’s newly-added outside camera button seems vulnerable, because the case is cut out there, hasn’t been a problem for me, but I try to be mindful when picking up my phone to get a secure grip. It wasn’t difficult to add a screen protector and individual camera lens protectors to the camera. I added the screen protector before putting the case onto the phone and the camera lens protectors afterwards. One improvement that I would recommend to the manufacturer would be to make the front border color available in several more colors than just black, specifically blue, green, red, and gold. The camera has a very masculine look from the front, and that doesn’t really go with the floral back. The flower back is not likely to be used by men; other color options would give the case more feminine appeal. I would expect the case to last for the life of the phone which should be about three years. In that sense, it is a very good value for the money. As far as cleaning is concerned, if the case were to get dirty, I would wipe it with a slightly damp paper towel.

My only wish is that the cases become customized with custom photos in the future, got the same case for my old phone (iPhone 14 Pro Max) and my new iPhone 16 Pro, also got an additional design case of the gripzilla case for my 16 Pro. MagSafe, grippy, and cool design all in one

I got the case, and it’s really well-built and grippy to hold. The phone feels a bit chunky and heavy, but it’s still a better design than other bulky cases. I’ve been using the same one for 2-3 years for my iPhone 13 Pro, and I’ve never had any issues. I tried another brand to try something new, but I ended up coming back to this one because it felt less protective.I’m only giving it 2 stars because it’s only 2 days old. I’ll update my review as time goes on.Overall, this is a very solid case.

I have a very very slim case I use at work, but was looking for a heavier duty case to protect my phone when I’m outside. Case came today so used it on a short hike this afternoon. Very durable, easy to grip. Particularly like the feel of the finger notches on the left side of the case. Corner bumpers also make the phone easier to hold horizontally for taking photos or video.

Perfect fit, looks great, feels secure in hand.

I like it and it will give the protection I need it to but honestly it's not that "grippy" at all. It does have three finger intentions that do you give a grip.

I will say that I usually buy another brand of phone case, but I saw good things about this case on a newspaper review, so I decided to try it. After one month of having it on my phone, I developed �butter fingers� dropping my phone in the dog park; on my living room floor; and my tiled bathroom floor. My phone and the case came away unscathed. I might�ve found my new favorite case. Here�s to trying something new.

Works well with my iPhone 16 Pro.

My 2nd case from this company. Like the handgrips. It�s easy in and easy off, unlike another well known brand that ripped upon removal. Unlike that brand, the lip runs above the silver cam button. When I dropped the other brand it cracked right at that point. I�d give it 5 stars except that with a glass screen protector, the lip isn�t high enough to protect it. Needs just a tad more. This case provides excellent protection for my Iphone 16 Pro. It's strikes the perfect balance between rugged and attractive with the pretty mountain graphic. The buttons are lined up perfectly as are the cut outs for the ports and camera button. The thing I like the most is the texture of the case and the wavy gooves on the sides which make it very easy to grip. I've had so many Iphone cases slip out of my hand in the past but this one has been thoughtfully designed to prevent dropping the phone. The case is also magsafe friendly and connects easily to all of my magsafe chargers. I have finally found an Iphone case worth keeping!

This is the third time I have trusted Smartish to protect my new iPhone. My previous phones survived the three years they each spent in my possession with zero damage. I once again went with the Gripzilla which, in my opinion, has the perfect blend of grip-ability, fall protection, and size of any case on the market. Really nice case solid feeling and grippy

The color is more vivid than in the photo. Was hoping that the cream would match a little with my dessert titanium iphone but in person it's a bright white not cream. The blue is a neon blue in person too. A little disappointed in the colors but the case itself is great! The magsafe is very strong for wireless charging. Feels like there's nothing covering the camera button which is great because it's got very easy access to it with still good protection. Very grippy case, would recommend if you don't mind the colors being a bright neon color.

I had ordered the apple case which was as slippery as an olive-oil-laden case and it terrified me, I could see my phone slipping off my hands every time I handled the darn thing...only in my mind but who needs the premonitions! Now that is gone. The grip is firm and my phone doesn't freak me out. I added a screen projector and lens protector which fit perfectly with this case. Also, if you order this case from the company directly, you can customize it with logos and pictures and I think it costs the same. I didn't care for that but it would be a nice touch!

Great quality case. I have never used a Smartish brand case, but these are top quality at an affordable price. Unlike the silicone cases that are smooth and feel like they will slip out of your hand, the Smartish Gripzilla case contours to your hand while including a grip-like feeling. Overall, satisfied with the case.

I always buy the Spigen Tough Armor and I had a dbrand Grip on the way, but I�ve always wanted to try the Smartish Gripzilla, so I did. I wish I bought this before the other two, because I would�ve saved $90 and had the better case! This thing is grippy enough on the sides without it feeling like too much for daily use (sorry dbrand) and the finger grooves are super nice. The magnet is strong and it�s comfortable to use. Also, I saw that someone had issues with this case charging in their Tesla Model 3, but I can confirm that it DOES work with wireless charging in my 2024 Model Y. Highly recommend!

I�ve been using these cases for years and they provide great protection. This case absolutely lives up to the protection, style and usability.Where the case fall slightly short is the strength of the magnet. Previous versions of this case had a very strong magnet that would stick to most metal surfaces. This case still has a good magnet, however, is not as strong as previous versions. While I do not feel this is a reason to not buy the case, I do feel it�s important to note the difference.Hopefully, in future versions, they will return to a stronger magnet.

I�ve used a variety of cases in the past and I�ve found that Smartish cases have fit my needs the best. They fit the phone well and �feel� good in your hands.

I�ve owned several high end cases in the past and this thing takes the cake. The finger grips are perfect. The grippy texture is perfect. It has a nice high lip around the screen. I�d like a higher lip around the camera, but it�s adequate. I 100% will buy this brand again in the future.

Exactly what I was looking in protection of a phone case

The finger grooves are clutch. So much easier to 1 hand hold the phone. The grip texture is great. Phone is not slippery at all. All in all the best phone case I've owned so far
