Once an order has been submitted, please allow 1-2 business days for processing and handling before it is shipped. All custom orders ship from our office in Austin, TX. We offer free domestic (Continental US) USPS First Class shipping for standard orders totaling at least $35, which takes about 4-6 business days from the shipment date. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.
We try to get your case out the door and in your hands as quickly as possible. Typically your order will be ready to ship in one to three business days. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We'll send you an email notification when your order ships that includes the tracking number. You can also follow the "View Order Status" link in the confirmation email that you received when you placed your order. If you didn't receive an email, be sure to check your spam folder.
Yes! We offer standard USPS shipping starting at $25 CAD which takes an estimated 5-14 business days from the shipment date. This varies widely right now with potential customs inspection hold times. At this time we do not offer expedited shipping to Canada.

Standard international shipping is starting around $25 USD and takes an estimated 7-20 business days from the shipment date. This varies widely right now with potential customs inspection hold times depending on the destination country. Other VAT/Customs charges may apply, and your order may take longer than 14 days if it gets stuck in Customs.
At this time we do not offer expedited international shipping.

Yes, USPS delivers to APO, DPO, FPO, and PO boxes.
In the event that you need to make a return, please contact support@smartish.com and let us know. If the item is defective or we sent you the wrong product, we'll send you a label and take care of return shipping costs. If there were no issues with your order and you're feeling buyer's remorse or want a refund, you'll be responsible for paying return shipping charges to your local post office.
