This is where you turn a Smartish case into your Smartish case. Add a favorite photo, a pet pic, a logo, patterns, or whatever feels like you. Make it personal. Make it fun. Make it yours.

A note about your cart

The Smartish Design Studio currently uses a separate service to create personalized cases, so its cart is separate from the rest of Smartish.com. We know that’s not ideal, and we’re working on it. In the meantime, if you place two separate orders, contact us at support@smartish.com and we’ll refund any extra shipping charges and combine your items into a single shipment whenever possible.

How long does this take?

Please allow up to 5 business days for production, plus shipping time.

A quick note on design approvals:

We can’t print designs that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other rights. We also reserve the right to reject any design we determine to be inappropriate. Orders that violate this policy will be canceled and fully refunded.

Your design will print exactly as shown in the preview, including size and placement. Make sure your image is scaled to fill the area you want covered on the case before ordering, as we do not automatically resize or adjust designs.

Can I design a custom phone case if I’m not a graphic designer?

Absolutely. Keep it simple, trust your instincts, and have fun with it. You’ve got this.

Can I see examples of custom phone case designs?

Yes. You can browse real custom phone case designs in our Fresh Prints Collection. Plenty of styles, colors, and ideas if your brain is not in creative mode today.

What happens after I place my order?

Once your order is in, our print team lines up your selected case size, style, and color on our printer and prints your design directly onto the case.

• Please double-check your design before ordering, because what you see is what gets printed.
• Our shipping team sends it on its way, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info.
• You can check your order status anytime using the order number link in your confirmation email.

What should I do if there’s a problem with my order? What’s your return policy for personalized products?

Personalized phone cases can be returned within 14 days depending on the issue. We get it, sometimes things don’t go as planned.

Here's how it works:

• Full refund: If your case arrives defective or is materially different from your approved design
• 50% store credit: If you don’t like your design or ordered the wrong phone case size

All personalized cases are also covered by the Smartish lifetime warranty. They’re built to last, but normal wear may show over time, especially around the corners.

If you run into any issues, please contact us through our support page before returning anything so we can help handle your return quickly and accurately.

Can I ship my order internationally?

No. International shipping is not available right now.
