Beautiful, easy to hold, very protective. I would definitely buy it again.

I like this card holder. The magnetic hold is strong and it holds 4 cards.
Debbie H.
This accessory seemed expensive considering it cost as much as the case but it does exactly what I need it to do — hold my driver’s license and debit card. The 2 cards seem a little loose in there but I haven’t been able to shake them out more than a couple of centimeters on one side. I like that I can easily push my cards out and don’t have to dig them out with my fingernail. The case is hard so I anticipate it looking nice for a long time. The magnetized connection is strong. I can’t slide it off the phone.

I was looking for a magsafe, hard-shell phone wallet that I could add a strap to and this met all of those needs very well. I was able to put 3 credit cards and my ID in it comfortably, and the magnet is strong enough to stay attached even when suspended by it. The profile is a little thick but expected, and not bad when combined with a grip. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this wallet and will be using it as my go-to daily.

I returned it, because I also bought a adhesive magnet which I attached to my carbon fiber wallet I got on Etsy and didn’t need two.

This wallet has a strong magnetic hold with my iPhone 13 Pro Max. It is thin and holds 3 cards.

Bought husband the full case last year. He liked the design, but didn’t want to take the case off to use wireless charging. Great solution
Jish M.
This MagSafe wallet adheres tightly to my iPhone. It also securely stores the cards, no chance of them slipping out of place. The material (albeit fake wood for the style I choose) looks nice and has a "premium" feel to it. My only reason to remove one star is that I feel that the overall size could be shrunken down ... the experience is bulkier than most competitive wallets that also hold 3 cards.
tarun
The product is great.. feels good in hand and provides space for 3 cards as mentioned in the description and does stick to the magsafe magnet perfectly
Tyler
This wallet is a well thought out magsafe wallet. The feel of it is nice with the tapered edges. It is also big enough to hold three cards (as opposed to the two that my current magsafe wallet allows). The side release is also a nice touch.Unfortunately, the magnets in this wallet is done as strong, and a slight shake of the wallet results in this wallet coming off of your phone. This might not be that bad for some people, but I like to put pop sockets on my wallets for a better grip on my phone. Because of that, I need to know that my phone won't come off of the wallet while I'm using the pop socket. Unfortunately, this wallet doesn't fit that need. Also, please note that you need three cards in the wallet at all times. Two will result in loose cards that fall out of your wallet.

I’ve been a huge fan of their side loading cases for many years but I had to make the switch to use the iPhone MagSafe feature to work with my car. I thought this would be perfect transition but it doesn’t seem well designed. The wallet sticks out way too much. It seems like they should have also used a softer plastic than the hard plastic.

Nice, durable product.

This was my fourth attempt to find a business card holder that I can put on my phone when I need it and remove it when I don’t. Most had a weak magnet or was difficult to get the cards out. This one holds well, is made of a sturdy plastic and has a cutout to be able to push the top card out far enough to pull it out. Very happy with this purchase.

First, it sticks to my 14 Pro Max strong and actually allows for 4 cards to fit. It also has some resistance on the inside so if you have less than 3 or 4 cards, they won't just slide out. Great minimalist feel.I ended up going with this for a couple of reasons. First, I didn't like how the opening on all the others were on top. Although I never tried them, it didn't look functional as the phone lens or the lip where your case protects the lens will limit how far your cards will come out and assume that you have to disconnect the wallet each time to get one out, but it may keep your lower cards from sliding all the way out when it's stored in your pocket or bag. With a side opening, the feel is natural by flipping your phone over, and using your thumb to push it out the side with one hand while using your other to pull it out the rest of the way, without removing the wallet from the phone, like a regular wallet. Not sure how you hold phones but grab your phone, flip it over and imagine pushing the cards out of the wallet from the bottom of your phone or from the side and this should help you decide which works better for you. Secondly, I put my phone in my front pocket top side down and never have to worry about my cards sliding out. So what you choose may be dependent on where you put your phone. Tip: Put your cards in order of use volume, not necessarily your drivers license on top.I still use a regular wallet for everyday use as it holds more, like business cards, cash, etc. But when I'm not on business trips, I love that I can carry two credit cards (Visa and AMEX), drivers license and a room key (for those hotels that don't have smart keys on your phone). Naturally, if you only carry a drivers license and one credit card, you may be able to slip a couple folded bills or business cards (yes, business cards will fit).

I got the Smartish Side Hustle wallet to compare against an OEM Apple magsafe wallet. I've had good luck with Smartish cases in the past as they offered great protection, were slim and built fairly well. My last case of theirs was a Wallet slayer 2 and I used it until needing to use wireless charging, from there I moved to the Apple leather case and wallet. The main thing to notice with the Side Hustle in comparison is a tougher outer shell. The front and sides are a hard plastic so anything kept inside should be safe. The protection comes at the cost of being taller than the Apple version but there's ample space for 3 cards. When using the Apple case, 2 cards felt like the maximum as anything more would be difficult to get out and the leather would stretch a little bit. The Side Hustle feels a little loose with only 2 cards but nothing has fallen out so normal daily carry should be fine. One of the biggest benefits with the Side Hustle is how easy it is to get cards out, a little nudge from the side and you could pull the card right out as opposed to the Apple wallet where it seemed I would always have to take it off the phone to get to the eject(?) slot. The other major thing to notice about this wallet is the strength of the magnets. The back has a rubberized feel to it so the phone or case shouldn't get scratched but the magnets hold stronger than the Apple wallet.Pros:+Durable+Can hold 3 cards easily+Strong magnets+Space designCons:-Bulky-Hard plastic case might flake design

This wallet works perfectly. It has a nice tight hold and a rigid shape. They’re serious about 3 cards. I tested this…almost lost a finger trying to get a 4th one in.If you need your dad’s wallet—think George Costanza—this is not for you. It hold 3 cards max. A bill folded and 2 cards probably but if you get change for a $20 with those 2 cards you’ll be in trouble.I love the graphic and I LOVE that this is a company from Texas!

I put this on my case with a magsafe. It holds very well on the case. It does not slip off when I put the phone in my pocket. I put 2 cards and my license in and there's still room. The case has a grip like surface that helps hold on to the phone.

The produce came in decent packaging, nothing special. I’m not really one to nitpick but the expectation was a quality product and I just didn’t get that feel. I’ve had the wallet for a couple of weeks now and there a couple non-critical but still annoying issues:Quality: it very much feels like a flimsy piece of plastic. Not much to it in terms of “quality feel” or durability.Ergonomics: First, the magnet. It’s not that big of an issue really, but it will only “Securely” fit on the back of your phone when it is oriented a certain way. It will connect to your phone both ways oriented but only one is reliably secured leaving the possibility of it falling off of your phone, which has happened to me a few times. Second is the card holding strength. There seems to be a lack of efficiency for holding the cards unless they’re all a specific thickness. Obviously this could be an independent issue for my cards but I’ve not been able to find a good fit. I have several different cards (between 6-8) and there’s no combination of them that avoided this issue - 3 cards are too loose and the cards slip out often; 4 cards are too tightly secured resulting in a higher difficulty in retrieving the cards.Summary: It’s hard to make a review without sounding like another nitpicking complainer with no sound issued identified. My review simply outlined two minor issues - quality feel, and efficiency of holding the cards. I will be going back to my old wallet, as it had a more efficient means of securing my sensitive items.

I love this brand. I had their case/wallet combo with my XS. When I upgraded to the 14 I wanted still be able to use the wireless chargers and this wallet come on and off. It holds my card cards & ID so all I ever need is my phone and keys.

I am satisfied with this Magsafe Wallet. It fits perfectly on my iPhone 14 pro max. The wallet feels premium and has a slim profile. You can fit up to 4 cards but 3 cards are ideal.I will take away one star because the magnet is not as powerful as I hoped. The magnet is good but could be better.
B. C.
I really wanted to like this. My wife uses the stick-on kind as a wallet for her phone. I like to have the ability to charge wirelessly, so I thought this would be a good option to be able to swap out one for the other. Unfortunately, the magnet is not nearly strong enough to hold my cards without fear of falling off. I would never be comfortable that the case wouldn't slide off while pulling the phone out of my pocket. It's a nice case, but I just can't trust it for me.
Brian
I really liked the idea of having my wallet attached to my phone! It would give me one less thing to keep up with. Having tried a few of these types of products I have to say this is the best one I have found! It is really good quality! The magnet has got to be the best in the this market which means a lot when you are talking about holding valuables like Credit Card, and IDs. I have found after trying quite a few of these products now though that they aren’t for me. This one is the closest I have gotten to using one, but I just think all of these make my phone too big in my pocket. I really didn’t want to give this product any less stars just because it’s not a product that I will use. This product is fantastic if you are ok with your phone getting a little thicker. If you are like me though it just becomes a bother.

Works great with my phone case for when I can’t bring a large bag to a sporting event
SmartishConnoisseur
I wish the magnet was stronger, but either way it works well. I don’t have much to complain about and it’s cute!

Securely attached to my phone. Kind of bulky but pretty and great for what I need. I have a key card to get into the offices at work and I’m horrible about leaving my card on my desk. Slipped my card in, put it on my phone, and I can use the card reader while still in the case.

I’m a big fan of my Smartish Gripmunk with MagSafe case and so when I saw that they also made their own MagSafe-compatible wallet I was eager to give it a try.**What I Liked**When used on a phone with a MagSafe-compatible case, the connection is strong enough that I don’t think I would ever remove it accidentally. If you use it on a naked phone, the wallet is a lot less secure. This isn’t necessarily the fault of Smartish, as lots of other MagSafe accessories tell you to only use them with a case because they contain reinforcing magnets.I was able to fit three cards and a up to two dollar bills folded into quarters in it, but that was absolutely the max. There’s absolutely no chance you can fit four normal sized credit cards. When you slide in 3 cards, it feels really secure, but the mechanism still keeps 1 or 2 cards held tight. When I tried shaking the wallet with cards inside it took a powerful amount of force before cards would come out. My conclusion is that you shouldn’t need to worry about your cards falling out on accident.**What I Didn’t Like**The wallet is thick, hard and does not budge an inch. I didn’t find it to be a comfortable addition to my pocket.I also didn’t think it looked as nice in person. Definitely a case of function over form, but I don’t think I’ll use it as my daily driver. Finally, if anyone is curious, this wallet doesn’t include the Find My feature that official Apple MagSafe wallets have where it keeps track of where you last disconnected the wallet. This isn’t a strike against Smartish because I don’t think any third-party MagSafe-compatible wallets are able to do this.**Bottom Line**If you’re really interested in carrying just a few cards with your phone, Smartish has your back, but if you need more than 3, you might look at other options.

its not secure and easily comes off even tho i have otterbox magsafe case
AleeshaBoo
Talk about convenience. Works great, low profile, and looks super cool.
I love S.
The wallet is well made and durable. The color I have is well finished and is resistant to showing scratches and damage. The magnets are as strong as an item like this gets and is stronger than the Apple version. My only small gripe is if you do not fill the card slot, the cards are not as secure as I would like. It's fine, but a little more retention for single or duo cards would be niceStill a really nice wallet an my go to for now. I will just add a few cards I don't regularly use to fill it out.
Dean T.
Most of these “MagSafe” wallets can hold only 2 cards. And they’re either ridiculously expensive or cheap and junk. This one holds 3 cards, attaches perfectly and looks cool. Plus it’s reasonably priced and made in USA!
Bradley G.
After upgrading cell phones I was in the market for a protective case that had Mag safe capabilities as well as the ability to hold a couple of cards on the back. Unfortunately I was unable to find that, so I had to settle with a mag safe case with accessories. I could not be happier with my decision on purchasing this specific card holder. It was strong and sturdy, and takes a good bit of shaking for the cards to begin to move out of its holder. This product would not hold your cards while you are riding your downhill mountain biking. But, this case is not advertised as such. The Exterior of the case is made from plastic, and the magnet portion of the case has some sort of rubber material on it for added grip and to prevent scratches.
Lauren M.
I LOVE this magnetic wallet. Cute design and the magnet is really strong! But, there is 1 design flaw. There is nothing on the wallet to hold your cards inside. So if you don’t have enough cards and cash in it, they will fall out. But I can find a solution for that.
Briana r.
Perfect for when you don’t want to carry a purse! Attaches to my MagSafe phone case perfectly!

First, let me start by mentioning that Smartish makes amazing products. I’ve been using their phone cases for years. Not only are they great cases that hold up well, but their customer service is excellent as well. They’ve replaced multiple products for me simply because I had a complaint about how one had turned out. Plus the company is based in Austin so you’re getting a product from an American company. Now getting into the realm of MagSafe products, I really wanted a wallet (I used to have Smartish’s Wallet Slayer case) to carry a simple collection of cards wherever I go. It’s allowed me to not have to carry a wallet around anymore and I love it. So what about this one in particular? The Good:It does just what it says. It will hold three cards plus a little bit a cash. There’s some kind of lever inside that holds the cards in place even if you put in fewer (I could carry around one card in there no problem). The fact that it’s side loading and has a notch to push out the contents makes it very easy to retrieve your cards. The magnets stick to my case very well and the wallet doesn’t come loose easily. Plus the construction is solid. This thing feels like it can take a beating. The Not-So-Good:The one down side to this wallet is that it is THICK as far as MagSafe wallets go. As you can see from the pics, it’s almost as thick as my phone with the case on and I discovered it’s THICKER than the phone by itself. So with their powers combined, it really turns your phone into a brick. I will still fit into your pocket and you can easily take it off when you don’t need it (the beauty of MagSafe)… but it does feel like a bit much.In the end, I gave it four stars. It’s a great product made by a great company. But the size of it makes me want to consider other options. I suppose this is the price of being able to carry three cards and cash, but I would be ok with a thinner option that just held a couple cards.

This is my first MagSafe accessory. I bought it to keep an ID card and a Metro Card handy. I wasn't sure if the hard plastic would work, but it does. It goes into a pocket comfortably. It holds cards securely. My only issue with it is that it's not ambidextrous. The magnet holds well if you position the card slot to the right, but not to the left. A minor quibble in an otherwise well designed product.
S
I hated all the market MagSafe wallets due to either being made of leather, fabric like shinjimori, or has thumbhole that strips magnet from card like spigen armor. This wallet is perfect for peeps looking for plastic MagSafe. The backing is rubber like texture and with strong magnet it holds strong. Can hold up to 3 cards. The durability is kind of middling but without making it thicker, it is what it is. If you need plastic MagSafe with no thumb hold to mess with magnet strips and altogether easy to use quick access to your cards, this is the MagSafe for everyone.
Cody G.
It's a nice little magsafe wallet. Holds 3 cards looks good, durable, and very strong magnets. But for $20? It's plastic, which is good as that is more durable than leather. But it's not a good fealing plastic. Feels like the plastic you'd find in very cheap cars like a Mitsubishi Mirage.Other than that, your cards and cash won't fall out, it's slim, and it works.

I became a fan of Smartish when I bought their Wallet Slayer Vol. 1 for my iPhone 11 and their Prop Tart as a phone loop and kickstand to use with the case. After upgrading to the iPhone 14 Pro, I knew I still wanted a wallet solution that wouldn’t require me to switch out phone cases. Side Hustle to the rescue! I am using their Gripmunk Pinking Clearly case with OhSnap’s grip solution on the case because their magnet solution is 10x stronger than MagSafe alone (it’s an opinion, relax people.) When I remove the OhSnap grip, and place Side Hustle + Prop Tart on the case, it becomes a great wallet solution. After using Side Hustle for a week, here are my observations. Side Hustle can accommodate 4 cards, but it’s snug. It does best when it’s three cards; I keep my photo Id, and two credit cards together and can get one folded bill/currency into the case. Having Prop Tart attached to Side Hustle is helpful because I can hang onto the loop when I’m carrying the phone on its own, or have a kickstand to display the phone when watching a video. I recommend Side Hustle for people looking for a solid wallet solution to use with a MagSafe case.

In all practicality, in the future or if you live in urban areas where most stores accept Apple Pay and/or Google Pay, you don't really need to bring any cards or cash with you. Driver license official image will soon be able to be added to mobile phones. I also got my digital insurance cards registered to Apple Wallet. For the meantime, for flexibility and to avoid any hassle, you'd like a minimalist and classy wallet like this. I'm able to plug in 4 cards to this wallet comfortably. Right now, I'm carrying my driver license, credit card, debit card and some cash. Everything else, I have digital copies stored in my Apple Wallet. The magnet is pretty strong and easily attaches to my magsafe ready phone case. It's pretty stylish too. I can recommend.
Ernesto J.
I got this wallet since i wanted to try and find a wallet that wasn’t leather. I got this guy and it feels and looks sturdy. I love the feeling of it and how it can hold three cards no issue. My only issue with it was that mine came scratched up like it’s been used before, besides that the magnets are great, the feeling is great, I would say buy it!
John P.
I debated whether to give this 3 or 4 stars, it’s definitely 4 when it comes to function, but I’m less impressed overall. It’s a rigid plastic item that doesn’t feel that good in the hand, and I hate to say it since I love Smartish products and have quite a number of their cases (been buying them long before they were called Smartish), but there’s a cheap feel to it. When putting this on an expensive MagSafe phone, my new 14 Pro Max, it just doesn’t feel right. However, if you can get past that it gives you everything you need if only carrying 3-4 cards. I intentionally put in 4 cards to see if that would be an issue when needed. It is not. It will accept 4, they are very secure, it will take a little effort to get them out. As Smartish recommends 3 is the ideal number, still extremely secure and very little effort required to remove them when you need to. The edges of the cards tend to be pushed out from the bottom side of the wallet at a bit of an angle. Making them easy to grasp with your fingers to remove them.I’m using a Smartish Gripmunk MagSafe case which this wallet strongly adheres to. The side of the wallet that sticks to your case or bare MagSafe phone is somewhat rubbery in texture giving it an even more secure connection to the case in addition to the magnets. Very little if any sliding around, with 3 cards loaded, just a tiny bit if you’re trying to get 4 out. This thing has tremendous grip. And I highly recommend the Gripmunk case, which I’ve reviewed here on Smartish. I have several other MagSafe wallets, several with a stand feature, and they adhere strongly to the case when they did not work as well with another case I have from another manufacturer. But the combo of this wallet and a Gripmunk case will give you the ultimate in secure MagSafe use. My feelings for my personal situation is the stand wallet versions offer more versatility with a nicer look, and in some wallets are slimmer than this one.

Love this wallet w/ powerful magnets, that holds well / tight onto my Spigen case. Smartish, this quirky brand offers great products that are functional and never disappoint. Love it
partha
The media could not be loaded. Good stuff: Amazing magnets. Wallet gets attached to the case so firm .. the best of all wallets, even better than the apple one.Not so good: The cards are not held tight in place. Keeps sliding down. When you have thin cards like id, insurance cards they slip away. Could very well be a lemon.
MRM
I really like this wallet. I am a minimalist at heart. I only care to carry a few cards at a time so if something can attach to my phone and I only have to carry one thing, it’s a winner for me. This wallet takes up to three cards, and I can confirm that they don’t fall or slide out and it attaches pretty strongly to the back of my phone. I don’t believe it will ever fall off. You can push the cards out via a small cut out. I got the galaxy print, which is great for a space lover like me. All in all, I can recommend.
IcePrincess1977
Well made, wish it held 1 more card lol but otherwise perfect.
Tom M.
Smartish has done what no one else has figured out how to do. The wallet holds my cards securely enough that I don’t worry that they will fall out, but not so tightly that I have to struggle to remove them. Similarly, the wallet’s magnet are so strong that I have no fear about it accidentally separating from my phone, but I don’t need to strain to separate the wallet from the phone when I don’t need it.I am so pleased that Smartish is offering this product and recommend it without hesitation.
Summermz81
Got this for my husband who had a wallet case before that kept breaking. This is perfect and stays on without any issues
