I’ve used this every single day for several months now. I do like it but unfortunately over time the D-ring insert really starts to sort of fall through the opening over time with gravity pulling on it all the time while you wear your phone. I’m now at a point where it obstructs charging and I have to fully remove the case to charge it at night now. I wish there was a better mechanism for the strap to attach to the phone, perhaps a case with built in loops to be clipped onto? Not sure, but this is a major issue for me despite me loving the other products and company.

I purchased it expecting it to let me keep my phone out as a camera during a trip. It did much more: the city had rapid transit and scanning at the gates. My Apple Pay was able to upload the tap card for the system so keeping the phone out was amazingly helpful in stations, especially moving train to train.

This product is perfect for anyone who wants to wear their phone around their neck, or like a crossbody purse. My only complaint about it is that the strap isn't adjustable enough, and is too long. I could probably tie some knots in it to make it shorter. But it's a great invention so far it's working perfectly.

I just got this so it’s hard to judge durability. It works for me! And from previous experience with a Dancing Queen phone wallet, I know the companies customer service is top notch! It’s pricey but I got it anyway because I like the company. I also have their wallet slayer I which I love! And their glass screen protectors install flawlessly and easily!
