I just got this so it's just initial impression but I basically just buy whatever Wirecutter recommends and never feel led astray. If it holds up, which the build seems like it will ... then this is just what it advertises ... it's not too bulky and has nice textured sides for grip. Holds phone like it fits right and does not move around, seems like all you'd want or could expect for $15.

Although it adds protection to my phone the case does not have any grip…none, which I find hard to believe considering the name.

I bought this case because the NYTIMES Wirecutter review said it is the best. I found it ridiculously difficult to put my iPhone into it. I gave up and bought one for more money from Apple. Really disappointed in this one. I can’t be fumbling in foreign airports when changing SIMS cards. Sorry I bought this frustration.

This case works fine with wireless charging. But it will not stick to my MagSafe mount. I doubt any MagSafe accessory will work.The grips on the side are nice, but I will be returning this for a MagSafe comparable case
